New Jersey will likely join nine other states and the District of Columbia in legalization of recreational cannabis. In his first budget address to the Democrat-led Legislature on Tuesday, the first-term Democratic governor announced the proposal to legalize and tax recreational marijuana. The state legislature has been discussing the way forward.
